Our History
Ristorante Dussin, located in the historically rich area of Piavon di Oderzo, specialises in upholding the great local seafood traditions of the upper Adriatic coast. The restaurant serves the freshest of fish, prepared on the basis of recipes that have been refined over millennia.
The local cuisine makes the most of the culinary traditions developed in the ancient residences of the Venetian aristocracy. Although the Dussin is located quite some distance from the sea, the seafood served at the restaurant is as fresh, delicate and refined as that which is available right on the coast.
Over recent years, the Dussin has carved out an enviable reputation for its
gourmet dishes, which leverage the traditions of
haute cuisine that have been developed over centuries in this part of Italy.
